Watch: Indian Air Force Sukhoi jet crashes in Nashik; pilot ejects

An Indian Air Force Sukhoi aircraft crashed in Maharashtra today.

Reports said the pilot ejected safely. The aircraft crashed on a grape field in Nashik.

Initial report indicated the crash occurred when the plane was trying to land on the airfield.

The crash occurred due to "technical malfunction", early reports indicated.
