The income tax Department has provisionally attached Shahrukh Khan's Déjà Vu farmhouse, located in Alibag, Maharashtra, media reports said.

It is alleged thatShahrukh Khan'sapplication states land to be used for farming but he constructed a farmhouse for "personal use".
According to reports, the luxurious property of Shahrukh Khan is spread out over an area of 19,960 square meters, which includes a swimming pool, beach and a private helipad.
Media reports say that circle rate of the attached property is 146.7 million and the market price may go up five times.
As per the rules of Maharashtra state government, only farmers can buy agricultural land, the permission of the collector or state government is needed if non-agricultural buyer wants to buy an agricultural land.
