Detained army personnel Jitu Fauji, who is accused of killing a police inspector in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, has said that he is not an absconder, alleging that he is being framed.
"I am not an absconder. I haven't done anything wrong. I am being framed," news agency ANI quoted Fauji.

One of the key accused in the Bulandshahr cop-killing case, Fauji was detained by Uttar Pradesh police on Saturday and was sent to 14-day judicial custody by a local court on Sunday.
A police team was sent to Jammu to nab the suspected armyman, Jitu Fauji, a senior officer told news agency PTI. Fauji was handed over to the police by the Rashtriya Rifles.
