Hero MotoCorp unveiled its new Xtreme 200R motorcycle on Tuesday, which will go on sale in April.
The price of the bike has not been announced yet, reports say it will be announced at the same the bike goes on sale, however it is expected to be under Rs 90,000.
Hero MotoCorp will also be showing off this bike in the upcoming largest motor show, auto expo 2018.
Xtreme 200R features 200cc air cooledengine which is carburetted, it produces 18.4 PS of peak power at 8,000 rpm and 17.1 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.
The engine is also paired with 5-speed manual gearbox.
The new bike has been designed and developed in-house by Hero MotoCorp.
The report says that performance wise the bike can go from 0 to 60 kph in 4.6 seconds.
Aimed at affordable range Xtreme 200R is quite similar to the Xtreme 200S design wise.
It will be competing with the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS and TVS Apache RTR 200
