Goa Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: TheBharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won North Goa seatand the oppositionIndian National Congress (INC) has emerged victorious inSouth Goa.

The Indian state of Goa headed to polls during the third phase (May 7) of the world’s largest election which concluded on Saturday (Jun 1) after the seventh phase.

Goa has two Lok Sabha seats – North Goa and South Goa – and given the small number of seats, elections were held in a single phase in the state.

Over the years, the state has seen competition between the two prominent national parties – the BJPand the INC.

However, this time around, the state has also witnessed a rise in the popularity of regional parties like the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP), the Goa Forward Party (GFP), and the Revolutionary Goans Party (RPG).
