Zeenat Aman files molestation and stalking complaint against businessman

Veteran actress Zeenat Aman has filed a stalking and molestation case against a businessman, the Mumbai Police said on Monday.

The actress filed a complaint at the Juhu Police station on 28th January after receiving series of lewd messages and threats on Whats app from the accused.

The accused met Aman a few months back for work. However, the relation between the two soured and Aman stopped talking to him afterward. The businessman allegedly kept calling and following her and even forcefully tried to enter her house once.

After failing to convince the person to stop stalking, the veteran actress approached the police and filed the complaint at Juhu police station.

The complaint has been registered under sections 304 D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
