Actor Anupam Kher who plays Dr Manmohan Singh in the film revealed the actors who will play Gandhi siblings in the film.
Ever since the shooting of 'The Accidental Prime Minister' started, its lead actor Anupam Kher has been keeping fans updated about the film's progress.
On Thursday, the actor, who plays former PM Dr Manmohan Singh in the film, revealed the actors who are playing Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi in the film.
"Introducing @mathurarjun as #ShriRahulGandhi and @aahanakumra as #MsPriyankaGandhi in our movie #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister.(sic)" the actor wrote and shared a picture of the two actors dressed in their parts.
Ahana Kumra was last seen in 'Lipstick Under My Burkha' and Arjun Mathur is best known for his role in 'Luck By Chance'. The two actors are known faces in the theatre circuit of Mumbai. German actress Suzanne Bernert will play Sonia Gandhi in the film.
Directed by Vijay Gutte, ' The Accidental Prime Minister' is a screen adaptation of policy analyst Sanjay Baru’s 2014 memoir of the same name. Akshaye Khanna is reportedly playing Sanjay Baru in the film. The film also has Divya Seth playing Kher's wife.
