'Stree' teaser: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao's starrer looks eerie and intriguing

Even though you can't see anyone, the teaser of Stree is bound to run a chill down your spine. The film features Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, but the teaser does not feature any of the actors. It only features empty lanes of a village, dark bylanes, with a message written on the walls, 'O stree, kal aana'(Woman, come tomorrow).

Written by Raj and DK, and directed by Amar Kaushik, the teaser has a disembodied silhouette of a woman leading us to the film's release date- 31 August.

The film is reportedly set in Chanderi in Madhya Pradesh. The supporting cast of Stree includes Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee. The film has been jointly produced by Raj and DK, and Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films.
