Rekha never gets old! While we all know how the evergreen Bollywood actress has retained her youthful charm, she is also not a day old when it comes to giving superb performances including dancing.
Stopping time as she danced at the IIFA awards in Bangkok, the 63-year-old Rekha mesmerised the audience as she danced to her hit and iconic song Salaam-E-Ishq from the movie “Muqaddar Ka Sikandar” --so much so that she got a standing ovation for it.
Bringing back grace and poise to dance, Rekha revived nostalgic memories for many who have seen the film and Rekha of that time when she romanced Amitabh Bachchan on screen.
This is Rekha’s comeback to the stage after 20 years and what a welcome. As soon as her song ended, the actress was joined by young actors including Varun Dhawan, Riteish Deshmukh, filmmaker Karan Johar and others who danced with her.
Rekha will next be making a special appearance in "Yamla Pagla Deewana 3"which will bring the Deol family together -- Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Superstar Salman Khan, Shatrughan Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha will also be seen in the cameo.
