
Indian budget carrier IndiGo today stated that it did not receive any summon from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) over FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) violation. 
"We hereby clarify that we have not received any such summons," IndiGo Airlines on reports that Enforcement Directorate summoned its top management for FEMA violation. 
IndiGo's parent company, InterGlobe Aviation, released the statement today, rubbishing any such report. It was previously reported that the ED had summoned IndiGo's top management for Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) violation.
