Congress MLA Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan carried a used teargas shell into the Kerala Assembly Wednesday.

Radhakrishnan showed the shell to the Speaker, saying it had been used to disperse Youth Congress protesters last week.

News reports quoted Radhakrishnan as saying that this was "police raj".
