<p>Five Naxals have been killed following an exchange of fire&nbsp;with security forces&nbsp;in Chhattisgarh's Abujmarh area of Naranyanpur&nbsp;in the early hours of Friday, reported news agency ANI.</p>

<p>Two Army personnel&nbsp;also got injured during firing.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;operation is continuing.&nbsp;</p>
