Bihar woman builds toilet by begging

Despite the nationwide push on building toilets, government officials in Bihar refused to allocate funds to a widow who wanted to get a toilet constructed in her house.

Helpless, the woman, Amina Khatoon, begged to collect the required money and finally got a toilet built.

Though they didn't help her, but the district administration felicitated Amina on Sunday for her efforts.
