Anushka Sharma to produce three more movies under her home banner

Anushka Sharma's acting prowess is known to everyone. The actress, who started her own production house at the age of 25 has also been lauded for backing off-beat scripts like NH10, Phillauri and the recent Pari. She even got critical praise and adulation for her production venture Pari.

According to latest reports, the actress is all set to take the banner ahead and plans to back three more new films in the future. The next films would also be in the line of supporting young talent.

Anushka had earlier stated it's not necessary that she would be acting in all her home productions. We might see other heroines in the lead role.

Talking to a leading daily, she said, “When I ventured into production, it was not something anybody else was doing. I was 25 and in the early stages of my career. It might have been daunting, but as a person, I love to tread uncharted territories."

Sources said, “Anushka is hand-picking and curating content that is clutter breaking. Karnesh (her brother) and she will roll out three new films soon and all of them will be of different genres. If you look at what her production house has been doing, you will notice that they have experimented with and redefined diverse genres through their movies."

Currently, the actress is shooting for 'Sui Dhaaga' opposite Varun Dhawan and 'Zero' which features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Abhay Deol. After wrapping up the schedules, she will be back to producing films.
