Soldier, 3 terrorists killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama

An army man and threeterrorists were killed in an encounter that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on Thursday.

The gunbattle started between the terrorists and the security forces in Dalipora area of Pulwama early this morning.

The forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.

News agency ANI reported that theterrorists wereholed up in a house in Dalipora.

According to intelligence inputs, a top self-styled commander of Hizbul Mujahideen was believed to be among those trapped in the security forces cordon.

Meanwhile, the internet has also beensuspended in the area.
