Shah Rukh Khan starrer big-ticket film ‘Zero’ has crossed Rs 50 crore mark in its first-weekend box office collection. Read the review here.
With massive publicity and promotion on TV, online and offline channels, the film started with a buzz around it but didn’t do great at the box office. It started to a decent number, that is, Rs 20.14 crore. It saw a drop of almost 12% and earned Rs 17 crores approx on its second day.
On Sunday, the film sort-of picked up and earned Rs 18.25 crore approx, thus taking its total collection to around Rs 54.60 crore approx.
Directed by Aanand L Rai, ‘Zero’ also features special appearances by Sridevi, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Abhay Deol and R Madhavan.
