Watch Thanos wipe out the Google page as you type his name on 'Avengers: Endgame' day

Discover the destructive power of Thanos in Google's new Avengers Easter egg

Seems like Google too has caught on the fever of ‘Avengers: Endgame’, in superheroes’ fight against Thanos. Read the film's review here.

If you search ‘Thanos’ on Google and click on his Infinity Stone-studded gauntlet on the right corner of the browser page, you will see the entire search page with allresults getting wiped out one by one.

As soon as you click on the hand, he snaps his fingers like we saw in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and kills all search results. This follows the storyline we saw in the previous film where Thanos kills half the world’s population with a snap of his fingers.

The page automatically moves from top to bottom as it goes on to turn each result to dust.

Following the story from 'Infinity War', while half the search results turn blank, some will remain but worry not as there is a way to undo Thanos’ destruction. You simply have to click on the gauntlet again. You will see Thanos using the Time Stone to restore the search results as the page goes back to looking the same as when it was before you clicked on his hand.

This is not the first time when Google has played a prank with their users. Google calls these Easter eggs.

Meanwhile, ‘Avengers: Endgame’, the 22nd movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, released in India today. The film is expected to break several records with a massive advance booking previously recorded.
