Spiderman fame Tobey Maguire is rumoured to be dating 20-year-old model Lily Chee after the two of them were seen together over the weekend. The 49-year-old actor and Lily were at Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's annual Fourth of July party in the Hamptons, New York. Netizens have not taken kindly to the reports as Lily is only three years older than Maguire's daughter.
However, his ex-wife has rubbished all such reports, saying that he was only "kindly helping a friend to her car, being a good guy." In photos clicked by a celebrity news agency, both Maguire and Lily can be seen dressed in all-white. Lily was wearing a white mid-length cut-out dress with Maguire's arm around her waist.

A user asked Maguire’s ex-wife, Jennifer Meyer, in her Instagram comments section, “Why is your ex-husband b*****g someone three years older than your daughter?”
The comment has since been deleted.

The 47-year-old jewellery designer defended her ex-husband and wrote, “I don’t usually respond to such nonsense, but he was kindly helping a friend to her car, being a good guy. And now he has [been] blasted online for dating someone he is not. But thank you for your rude comment, I hope it made you feel better today. Wishing you love and light.”
Both Maguire and Lily have not commented on the matter yet.
Maguire and Jennifer got married in 2007 and separated nine years later in 2016. However, she only filed for an official divorce in October 2020. The couple share two children - daughter Ruby (17) and son Otis (15).
