Gunshots fired outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra, probe launched

In a shocking turn of events, gunshots were fired outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's building in Bandra, Mumbai. As perreports, two unidentifiedmen fired several rounds in the air outside the Khan's Galaxy apartmentat 5 am on Sunday and fled from the scene quickly.

No one was harmed in the shooting.

Mumbai police's crime branchhas launched a probe into the incident and is trying to identify and trace the two suspected bikers. A forensic team has been called to the site, and the experts are collecting evidence that couldbe beneficial for the case.

Indian news agency ANI has shared some footage outside Salman's home. The clip showed aninvestigatormarkingthe apparent gunshots in the wall.

Salman, one of India's most popular actors, has been reportedly receiving multiple death threats for over two years now. In June 2022, his father lyricist Salim Khan received a threatening letter. As per reports, Salim Khan, 87, was handed over the threatening letter addressed to him and his son Salman, at a beach around 7.30 amwhere he normally rests after jogging.

Salman has received death threats from twogangsters Goldy Brar andLawrence Bishnoi. Both hadvowed to kill Salman for killing twoblackbucksin 1998 in Rajasthan while shooting for Bollywood filmHum Saath Saath Hain, hurting thesentiments of the Bishnoi community who consider this animalsacred.
