Rihanna launches lingerie collection at NYFW show says, women are strongest people on Earth'

Rihanna knows no limitations, there’s nothing that the superstar can’t do. Debuting her Savage x Fenty FW18 collection at her New York Fashion Week show on September 12, the music sensation in her own true fiery style spoke about women empowerment and made a show out of it. 

Beat thumping music, gorgeous models in beautiful lingerie and a wondrous setup, RiRi raised the hotness bar at her show. Women of all shapes and sizes and colours walked the runway. There was inclusion, positivity and healthy portrayal of women as they came strutting in lace, see-through lingerie and what not. 

She said after the event: "Women are the strongest people on earth. Our bodies alone are made to do so many different things and they're designed in so many different, unique ways. It is about time that we celebrate that."

Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid were seen walking the ramp for RiRi. They shared their excitement on being a part of the show. Bella wrote: "Every girl had so much fun and felt so beautiful” while Gigi wrote: “SOOOOO EPICCCCC OPENING @SAVAGExFENTY LAST NIGHT @badgalriri LOVE YOU TO DEATH. You are everything. Thank you so much for including me in this amazing group of BEAUTIFUL, TALENTED, BAD ASS WOMEN. Congratulations on your new collection, WHAT A SHOW!”
