What happened in Season 1 of Blood of Zeus?

In Blood of Zeus' first season, our protagonist is thrown into a world of chaos after Zeus dies, leading to a struggle for power among the gods. Heron, Zeus' demigod son, is caught in the middle, dealing with grief and confusion as he tries to find his place.

Along the way, he learns about his brother Seraphim's troubles in the Underworld, where everyone wants to use him for theirowngain. Seeing a chance to end his family's misery, Hades convinces Seraphim to help him claim Zeus' throne, setting the stage for a huge battle that'll decide the fate of gods and humans.

What to expect from the Blood of Zeus Season 2?

In Season 2, Heron deals with his father's death and a power struggle among the gods. Netflix describes the new season as, “Following Zeus’ demise, a power vacuum emerges amongst the gods, leaving Heron, Zeus demigod son, struggling to find his place. He is racked with loss and hears a mysterious refrain in his dreams, prodding him to save his brother, Seraphim, who is suffering the terrors of the Underworld. Unbeknownst to Heron, Hades is trying to enlist Seraphim to help him secure Zeus’ vacant throne and save his family from their long-standing suffering.”
