Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal had to change his airlines due to Friday's Microsoft outage. Rampal was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Friday (Jul 19) afternoon. The actor spoke to news agency ANI and informed that he had to book another ticket for his travel.

"Their servers are down, I don't know what has happened. I also have a ticket of another airline. I am going there..." Arjun told ANI.

Microsoft's cloud service outage on Friday caused extensive flight delays across India, particularly affecting airports in Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Mumbai.

The outage disrupted booking and check-in services for several airlines in India, including IndiGo, Akasa Airlines, and SpiceJet.

Not just airlines, the outage affected a range of businesses, including banks, telecom companies, and TV and radio broadcasters.

The outage was reportedly caused by a disruption in the cloud services of Microsoft. The outage has blocked access for millions to Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Teams.
