It is all waiting to be found and explored in this city. Here is a concise list of 19 new restaurants in Mumbai you must explore.

Armani Caffe

The first Armani Caffe of South East Asia located in Jio World Drive is the place to be. For a branded-themed course meal and unique cocktails, nothing comes close to this experience in the city.

Sette Mara

Sette Mara at St. Regis recently opened in its revamped version. Overlooking grand views of the city with delicious Mediterranean food and cocktails, Sette Mara is set to be the best spot for any occasion. Their desserts were to die for, and the live preparations on the table had my heart. Don’t miss their baklava.

s

Mool

A new low-key restaurant on the block, inspired by recipes of homemakers in India - where the homemakers who created the recipe for the restaurant get a cut from sales. Each cocktail is named after a unique state of India - showcasing the beautiful heritage of the country.

Bohoba

A not so hidden new spot in Malad. The bookshelf in the restaurant is stunning and makes it a cozy date spot. The food is delicious, specifically the Korean Garlic Pull Apart Bun which comes with a unique sauce to submerge the bun. For desserts, the hazelnut praline is a must try.

Fiori

A newly launched restaurant in Lonavala with a cozy glasshouse vibe serving the best pizzas in town. Fiori has a stunning mountain vibe, where you can sit for hours and take in the serenity.

Burma Burma

A classic spot but a must visit with new additions to the menu including boba tea and durian ice cream. Their tea leaf salad is a classic favorite and I absolutely loved their collection of teas from different parts of Asia.

g

Ness at Trident

Ness is the newest addition to Trident at marine drive. With a laid back vibe, live music and kickass cocktails, Ness promises to be a casual chill scene in the city - overlooking the Arabian Sea. Sitting there just felt like Goa.

Pass The Salt

My new favorite deep dish pizza spot in town. I am a sucker for Chicago style deep dish pizzas and Pass The Salt has been my favorite ever since it started. Do try their parmesan ice cream - I couldn’t because it ran out.

Bombay Daak

With a promise of being a “Daaru and Chakna Bar” - as they themselves say, Bombay Daak is nestled in the bylanes of Bandra, almost invisible till you see it. Bombay Daak allures you with the gourmet chakna which could beat a Michelin stars food and cocktails that hit the spot.

b

Cosy Box

Cosy Box has a stunning ambience promising modernity and a land beyond a fairytale. I specifically loved their Kebab-e-que that comes with a Turkish chef preparing the kebab falafel live on the table, and he feeds it directly into your mouth.

Novaara

Novaara is the new IT spot in Malad. It is a massive space that turns into a club at night. The interiors and ambience look straight out of Avatar - you will see this first. Novaara has everything you might want to eat, ranging from Indian to Italian to Mexican.

Bawri

A quaint spot in Bandra with interiors that make you feel like you are in Goa. The food is modern Indian and Bawri lives up to the hype. It is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. Period.

Nksha

Hidden around Churchgate, Nksha boasts an international clientele and great Indian classic food. The gucci mushroom dishes were my favourite, knowing how challenging it is to source them.

Noa by Nutcracker

Noa is located at Kemps Korner. A small corner shop but so many options, I was taken by surprise. Their hot chocolate reminded me of the hot chocolate at Said Dal in London. I was fooled for a minute. I felt like I was in London.

TwentySeven Bakehouse

The IT girl of restaurants in Mumbai, Aditi Dugar’s pizza spot with unique dishes and pizzas. Taking the gram by a storm, TwentySeven Bakehouse is a casual pizza spot that gives gourmet vibes. You need to reserve in advance, as tables are always sold out.

Brunch and Cake

As the name suggests, brunch and cake is an apt place for girlies looking to go out on a brunch date. The interiors are stunning and the food has classic American breakfast vibes. Pancakes and waffles anyone?

Brik

Located in the by lanes of Fort, this restaurant sees a bustling working crowd from around the area that comes to spectate sports and have drinks. A multi-cuisine extravaganza serving over 7 cuisines from around the world.

Megumi

This one is all over social media for the Mexico like interiors and stunning vibe. The desserts here should not be missed.
