Kangana Ranaut looks fierce in the first poster of 'Manikarnika: Queen Of Jhansi' 

No better day than India's independence day to unveil the poster of a film that is based on the woman who fought against the British rule bravely in order to protect her own land. The makers of 'Manikarnika: Queen Of Jhansi'unveiled the first poster of the film which stars Kangana as Jhansi queen Laxmibai. 

The poster has Kangana reenacted the famous incident where Laxmibai went to battle with her infant strapped to her back. Kangana looks fierce as Rani Jhansi. 

The film has been in the making for quite some time and has been directed by Krish. It will release in theatres on 25th January 2019.
