Kajol starts Durga Puja celebration with mother Tanuja, sister Tanishaa

Durga Puja festivalhas finally begun and actress Kajol was spotted at the Tulip Star hotel in Juhu on the first day of pujas. Kajol's family, the Mukerji family organises the festival every year in a suburban hotel in Mumbai.
Like every year, Kajol was spotted visiting thepandalwith her mother, veteran actressTanuja and sister Tanisha Mukerji.
Kajol also shared a glimpse of the idol and pandalon her Instagram story.
She also shared an Instagram post and caption the image as 'First day of the pujas ... shoshti. Before we share it with everybody else ..'
Kajol was also joined by her cousins Samrat and Sharbani Mukerji at the pandal and it turned out to be a family reunion of-sorts.
The actress is half- Bengali and half- Maharashtrian. Her father was late actor Shomu Mukherjee and her mother is actress Tanuja. Every year, Kajol is actively involvedin the Mukerjifamily Durga Puja and visits the pandal with her mother, sister and children.
Kajol looked gorgeous in a traditionalredkurta-sharara and she worebig jhumkas to complethe the look. Tanuja and Tanishaa came dressed in sareesfor the occasion.
Interestingly, the yellow handbag that Kajol is seen carrying has been made by her sister Tanisha.
Tanishaa also shared a selfie on Instagram and captioned 'All ready for shashti puja! #durgapuja2019'
The Mukerjifamily's Durga Puja is quite popular among celebrities and is visited by other members like Ayan Mukerji, Rani Mukerji every year along with stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
