Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 258 describes how Black Flash can activate the Reverse Cursed Technique and heal the user. Yuji's continuous strikes have left Sukuna unable to recuperate. Yuji's Black Flash attacks landed between Megumi and Sukuna's souls. Sukuna unleashes Malevolent Shrine, and his surroundings start to slash. The chapter will feature a flashback to Yuji, Choso, Shoko, and others debating the use of RCT against Sukuna.
Choso instructs Yuji to consume his siblings' corpses so that he might turn blood into cursed energy. He then requests that Yuji be paired with someone who employs RCT for soul-swapping training. Back on the battlefield, Yuji summons a basic domain. He observed that Sukuna's territory was incomplete.
It is revealed that Sukuna's domain cannot last eternally and would collapse in 99 seconds. Sukuna's slashes overpower Yuji's Simple Domain, causing his foot to be completely severed. Sukuna summons the flames (Open/Fuuga), which he previously utilised against Jogo in Shibuya.
