Jamie Foxx is returning one more time to play the supervillain Electro in next year's Spider-Man instalment starring Tom Holland. As per the reports, the Oscar-winning actor is in final talks to reprise the role.

Foxx previously played the villain Max Dillon in the 2014 movie 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' which featured Andrew Garfield as the super-hero, no further reports of the new project has not revealed yet.

Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori and Marisa Tomei can reperise their previous characters in the upcoming movie, director Jon Watts is back to helm the movie. The movie will be produced by Marvel and Sony.

As Marvel states, the iconic villain, whose real name is Maxwell Dillon, was struck by lightning while he was repairing a power line. Instead of being killed, the accident caused a change in his nervous system.

The third Spider-Man movie, starring Tom Holland from Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios, was originally set for release on November 2021. It was pushed back to December 2021.
