Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's Beverly Hills mansion is up for sale

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly selling their Beverly Hills mansion which they shared together since June 2023. The news comes amid reports that the couple are headed for a divorce.
TMZ reported that the pair are listing the home they bought after they married in 2022. Reps for Lopez and Affleck have not commented.
The news also comes on the heels of JLo cancelling her This Is Me...Live tour in May. The singer-actress had shared a statement on her OntheJlo website, stating she was "taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends."

A day before cancelling her tour, Lopez and Affleck were seen together supporting Affleck's daughter Violet at her graduation ceremony. The duo were photographed putting on a united front as they held hands at the milestone event.
As per Wall Street Journal, Affleck and Lopez bought the $61-million-dollar mansion that they're planning to sell in the spring of 2023.

The38,000 square-foot home is located on five acres of landand the house has "12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage and a pool, plus a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym and a boxing ring," stated the newspaper.
Earlier reports had stated that JLo was living in Beverly Hills mansion while Affleck had moved to a rental home a few miles away while filming his movie The Accountant 2.
