Jennifer Lopez is making romantic moves already? After reports suggested that the singer will stay away from the dating game for a while now since Ben Affleck broke her heart and their marriage didn’t last long, there is news that she might be “secretly” interested in her bodyguard.

JLo might not be actively dating but reports suggest that it doesn’t mean “she can’t have a little fun”. A source told Radar Online, “She’s flirting where it’s safe to flirt and of course she’s attracted to the guy, but mostly she knows that it will drive Ben [Affleck] crazy.” JLo and her bodyguard obviously stay together on all her outings and that has led to some feelings reportedly. 

The source said, “Jennifer may say she needs time away from men, but that’s clearly a self-defence mechanism because the reality is that every man who sees her coming now runs in the other direction.”

JLo and Ben’s marriage didn’t last. They got married in 2022 and filed for divorce in 2024. They rekindled their romance after a decade of being with other people. The source added, “She didn’t want this divorce, but Ben’s always been the type to run from his problems. In her mind, a little flirting will redeem her image – after all, Jen is always the dumper, not the dumpee.”

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez told Interview magazine that post this breakup, she is in a “new territory” and it is “lonely, unfamiliar, scary, sad, and desperate.”

She said, “When you sit in those feelings and go, ‘These things are not going to kill me,’ it’s like, ‘Actually, I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself’.”

The singer also said, “You have to be healthy. You have to be complete if you want something that’s more complete. You have to be good on your own. I thought I learned that, but I didn’t.”
