Ben Affleck admits Jennifer Lopez's fame is 'fu***** bananas'

In an interview which has surfaced recently, which was apparently shot before things went south hill for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s relationship, the actor can be seen admitting that he gets overwhelmed with the fan adulation that the singer-actress receives on a daily basis. This interview was taped before Ben and Jennifer started living separately in Brentwood.

Ben, who is notorious for liking his private life, finds the craze for Jennifer Lopez a bit too much. He called her fame “fu***** bananas”. In the interview, he admitted that while the level of fame she enjoys can be thrilling to many, it isn’t his cup of tea.

On how his marriage life has been with Jennifer, Ben Affleck said, "We went somewhere with Jennifer—I can’t remember because she’s so famous and she creates this... People love her, and she really represents something important to people.” Ben and Jennifer rekindled their romance after 20 years and got married.

On the crazy fame, Ben Affleck said, "People would go like, 'Hey, I like your movie,'to me and then when they spot her, they go like, 'AAAHHHH! J-LO!'”

Ben Affleck also recounted a recent family outing to Times Square in New York City with their extended family including his children with his ex Jennifer Garner, Violet (18), Seraphina (15), and Samuel (12), along with Lopez's twins, Max and Emme, from her marriage to Marc Anthony.

He said, “We get out of the car, we were going to a play, and I was like, ‘F—k it, babe, we’re going to be late, we gotta walk a block and a half.’ [Lopez] was like, ‘Alright,’ she didn’t say s—t. We get out with her, all the kids, through Times Square, and the s—t was like f—nbananas.”

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck didn’t shed any light on their marriage troubles because this interview happened before their apparent rift. The two are currently living in different houses and are trying to mend their differences.

Meanwhile, Ben also addressed the “grumpy” face he carries in public and revealed that he hates cameras. He said, “I don’t like a lot of attention. This is why people see me and they’re like, ‘Why is this dude always mad?’ Because someone had their camera sticking in my face, and I’m like, ‘OK, here we go.”
