The final season of 'Game Of Thrones' has been a point of discussion for many ever since it premiered on 14th April. The series has just two episodes left and a certain section is not happy how the last episode-Episode 4- panned out more so for a particular scene that featured Sansa Stark and The Hound.Read the review of the episode here.

In response, Sansa tenderly holds Hound's hand and says, "Without Littlefinger and Ramsay and the rest, I would have stayed a 'little bird' all my life," she says, using his nickname for her."

Sansa's line has not got down well with many on Twitter and the makers have been called out for normalizing rape and associating it to the evolution of a woman.

Actress Jessica Chastain was one of the first few to call out the makers of the show in her tweet. Chastain wrote, "Rape is not a tool to make a character stronger. A woman doesn’t need to be victimized in order to become a butterfly. The #littlebird was always a Phoenix. Her prevailing strength is solely because of her. And her alone.#GameOfThrones(sic)"

Peter Baelish, through the seasons, manipulated Sansa as per his needs while posing as her protector and mentor. The fifth season of the series showed Ramsay rape Sana on their wedding night- a scene which is not part of George RR Martin's books, on which the show is based.
