Friends stars worried about Matt LeBlanc's reclusive behaviour post Mathew Perry's death

Since actor Matthew Perry's sudden death, his Friends co-star and close pal Matt LeBlanc has maintained quite a low profile. Recently, LeBlanc left his fans concerned with his rough and aged look during his rare public appearance.
Days after LeBlanc's photos went viral, several reports have claimed that his Friends co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer wereleft concerned over the actor's reclusive behaviour.
An inside source has told In Touch that all the co-stars have reached out to him and are offering help in the way they can.
Earlier this month, LeBlanc looked unrecognisable during his rare public appearance in Los Angeles. Matt, 57, looked aged as he stepped out wearing a black t-shirt with dark jeans and a baseball.
“Nobody’s body shaming Matt or accusing him of anything untoward lifestyle, that’s not what’s going on here,” the insider says.

The source adds, ''What’s concerning though, for Jen [Aniston] and all the Central Perk crew, is that he’s such a recluse these days, and they barely hear from him from one month to the next.”
Beloved actor Perry died tragically on Oct 28, 2023, as a result of “acute effects of ketamine” and subsequent drowning at his home in California. Since the death of Perry, the source said that LeBlanc isnot very much interested in socializing.

The source says, ''He’s been in touch since the tragic passing of Matthew Perry, but aside from that, he’s just hunkered down and doing his own thing without any real interest in socializing.”
“That’s just plain sad for everyone to see,” the source adds.
Perry's death has affected LeBlanc a lot, the source added that his self-esteem has taken a knock.
The source says, “He used to be such an upbeat, happy guy, but now it’s as though, he doesn’t feel worthy to be in their company somehow. Clearly his self esteem’s taken a knock, and you only have to look at the guy to see he’s let himself go physically too.”

Amid this situation, his Friends co-stars are there to support him.“Jen, Courteney [Cox], Lisa [Kudrow] and David [Schwimmer] all want to get him back in the fold and get him smiling again,” shared the insider.
In the famous sitcom, LeBlanc and Perry played best friends Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing. And much liketheir on-screen chemistry, they both were close friends in real life too. After the death of Perry, LeBlanc was one of the five Friends stars to pay tribute.
