Hollywood star Brad Pitt stunned the world with his sketch of Dr Anthony Fauci on the recently aired Saturday Night Live episode. Now, Dr Anthony has responded to Brad’s work on TV and called himself a “great fan” of the actor.
It started when in an interview earlier this month, Dr Anthony was asked who he would want to play him on SNL, to which he jokingly said, Brad Pitt. Brad Pitt then actually played the infectious disease specialist on NBC’s SNL and even thanked the healthcare workers for working 24*7 fighting againt COVID-19.
Two days after Brad came on the show, Dr Anthony said in an interview, “I think he did great. I’m a great fan of Brad Pitt, and that’s the reason why when people ask me who I would like to play me, I mention Brad Pitt. He’s one of my favorite actors. I think he did a great job.”
On Brad removing the wig and glasses and thanking healthcare workers, Dr Anthony added, “I think he showed that he is really a class guy when at the end he took off his hair and thanked me and all of the health care workers. So, not only is he a really great actor but he is actually a classy person.”
