Diddy accused of sexually assaulting 10-year-old boy in new lawsuit

Two new legal cases were filed against music producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The first case claims he harmed a young child at a hotel in New York in 2005. The second case states he harmed a teenager who wanted to be on his TV show Making the Band in 2008.

These cases join several others where people say Diddyhurt them at various events over the past 20 years. When asked about these new claims, Diddy's lawyers said they weren't true.

They also suggested that the lawyer representing these people, Anthony Buzbee, is just trying to get attention. Buzbee is also working on other similar cases against Diddy.

“Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” an emailed statement said. “In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy, who is 54 years old, is currently in a New York jail. He was arrested on September 16 and has said he is not guilty of forcing women into sex work. He is also accused of hurting women and using threats to keep them quiet.

In one of the new cases, a young boy who wanted to be an actor and rapper travelled from California with his parents to meet music industry people in New York. The case says that during what was supposed to be a tryout with Diddy, someone who worked with himgave the boy a drink that had been tampered with.

The lawsuit claims Diddythen hurt the child. After the boy passed out and later woke up, he was reportedly threatened that his parents would be harmed if he told anyone what happened.

Another case involves a teenager who tried out for Combs's TV show Making the Band. The lawsuit says Diddy and his bodyguard forced the 17-year-old into sexual acts during a three-day audition. When the teenager didn't want to participate, he was kicked off the show. The case also says he couldn't work in music for seven years afterwards.

Both of these cases were filed under a special New York City law called the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. This law lets people take legal action even if a lot of time has passed since the events happened.
