'Race 3' actress Daisy Shah has been summoned by the Mumbai Police to record her statement in connection with Tanushree Dutta`s harassment allegations against Nana Patekar.

Tanushree Dutta earlier this year accused Patekar of misbehaving with her on the sets of 'Horn Ok Pleasss' back in 2008 while shooting for a dance number.  She had also accused choreographer Ganesh Acharya and the film's director of being party to the matter and not stopping Patekar from misbehaving. Dutta has now filed an FIR against the actor.

Daisy was an assistant of Acharya's back then and was present on set when the incident took place.

Patekar has refused the allegations against him. Patekar`s lawyer Aniket Nikam, told a news agency, "All allegations against him (Nana Patekar) are false and far from the truth".
