Shatrughan Sinha confirms pre-wedding conflict over Sonakshi Sinha's wedding: 'Stress has been sorted'

Ahead of Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbaal's wedding reception, numerousrumours claiming conflict in the Sinha family over the Dabangg actress's marriage emerged. Initially her father, the veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha debunked all the rumours. However, he has now claimed all the pre-wedding conflict has been resolved.
Sinha also made it clear that Sonakshi and Zaheer are not getting married on June 23, but it's a reception date.

Speaking to Times Now, Shatrughan Sinha said that all the stress has been clarified and he and his wife Poonam Sinha will be part of the wedding.

Clarifying the wedding date, the actor said, “It is the wedding reception that we are all attending on the evening of June 23.”
He added, “No one from my family said anything about a wedding. Some media outlets have just been presuming things. Too much attention is being given to something that is a private family matter.”
Saying that pre-wedding conflicts are common, the actor shared, “Shadiyan sab ke ghar hoti hain (wedding happens in every family). Pre-wedding conflicts are also common. We are all okay now. Whatever the stress has been sorted.”

He added, “Koi wand nahi hai. Yeh sab hota hi hai har shaadi main (Their is no conflict and this happens in every wedding). Just because she is Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter, it doesn’t mean Sonakshi can’t have what she wants in life. Hum log bohot maza karenge June 23 ko. (We all will have a lot of fun on June 23).”
Rumours of a rift began after the actor claimedhe was not aware of his daughter's wedding. Subsequently, several reports emerged claiming that Sonakshi's family, including her mother, was unhappy with her union with Zaheerand may skip the ceremony.
During this time, a Reddit post claimedthat Sonakshi’s mom and brother Luv had unfollowed her on social media. However, thesereports were first debunked by the veteran star, and later her mother was also seen happily posing withmembers of bothfamilies before the wedding festivities began.
