Delhi High Court on Friday sentenced Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav to three months of imprisonment for failing to repay a loan worth Rs 5 crore. Delhi police has now taken him in custody.&nbsp;

His company had reportedly taken the loan to produce a film which tanked at the box office.&nbsp;

Delhi-based company Murli Projects had filed a civil case against Yadav's company Shree Naurang Godavari Entertainment for failing to pay the loan of Rs 5 crore which the actor took in 2010 to make his Hindi debut directional film "Ata Pata Laapata".

Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw today passed a judgement ordering that Yadav should be taken into custody and kept in the Tihar Jail.

Rajpal was last seen in Varun Dhawan’s film ‘Judwaa 2’.&nbsp;
