Ali Abbas Zafar confirms he's planning a superhero flick with Katrina Kaif

Almost the entire world who watched ‘Wonder Woman’ starring actress Gal Gadot had a woman crush on her -- for her gorgeous looks and formidable acting skills.

Bollywood filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar wants to give India its own Wonder Woman via actress Katrina Kaif. There were rumours floating larger part of the last week that Katrina Kaif was being considered for a superhero film but the director just confirmed that he is indeed planning a film of that nature.

Quoted in a report, Ali Abbas Zafar said, “It will be a full-on female action film.”

Close friends for years now, Katrina and Ali have been planning on a film of the nature for sometime now, according to a source close to them. The source was quoted in the report: “Katrina has been urging Ali to develop his super-hero film with her in the lead, as no one had done a female superhero film before.”

Ali said, “It will be a full-on female action film. We’ve not seen that in Hindi cinema so far. The idea is to do a high-end super-hero film. Or not do it at all.”

Apparently, he is keen on getting an international team for filming the action sequences.
