Akshay Kumar to be paid Rs 90 crore for a web series?

If reports are to be believed, Akshay Kumar will next step in for a series with Amazon Prime.

Akshay was not keen on making a move into the digitals pace but reports suggest that his son, Aarav persuaded him to try his hand at it. Also, the superstar will be handed over a whopping amount of Rs 90 crore or even more for his digital debut.

Even though the amount is not confirmed, a source close to the project told a website: “To begin with, Akshay was not keen to do a digital series. Amazon pursued him relentlessly. They hope to get in more Bollywood superstars.”

Meanwhile, some reports also suggest that Salman Khan is also likely to be roped in for a series with the same OTT platform.
