Actor Ali Fazal roped in for the upcoming movie- 'Arranged Marriage'

Actor Ali Fazal will play the lead role in 'Arranged Marriage', produced and directed by Pradeep Sarkar.

"It's a twisted tale between the couple and has its own complexities that will be beautifully explored by Pradeep sir on a larger canvas. We have just begun filming," the actor told a news agency.

The movie centers around ''love, relationships and families involved in marriage,'' added the actor.

A modern day love story is shot in Kolkata.

It is the Anthology film that also features Patralekha who was seen in 'Helicopter Eela' starring Kajol.

Ali will be seen in 'Mirzapur' which is a web series.

Meanwhile, the actor also expressed his gratitude towards the filmmaker and said that it is a privilege and honour to work with Pradeep Sarkar, "who has given such powerful and meaningful cinema and has worked with some of the best talents of Indian cinema".
