
The wait is finally over for Rajinikanth lovers as his latest film with Akshay Kumar, '2.0'released its trailer today. Director Shankar calls this his most-ambitious sci-fi film ever with more than 3000 technicians from around the world, working non-stop to make this a reality.
From the first look of the teaser, we can say that the film is a technical marvel and will be a highlight in the history of Indian cinema in terms of CGI and production.
Made with a massive budget of Rs 500 crore, the makers have not stopped short of anything in making it a film to watch.
'2.0'is India’s first film to be shot directly with 3D cameras. Usually, films are shot using 2D cameras and converted into 3D in the studios. In order to support the technology of the film, the makers have also planned to facilitate theatres across the country to upgrade themselves to 3D.

The film has music composed by AR Rahman and is being produced by Lyca Production. It is touted to become the most expensive film to be made in India.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced, however, the director did tweet and say it could be November 29 of this year.
