Bringing an end to the patient wait for the launch of Apache RR 310 in India, TVS motors on Wednesday launched its flagship motorcycle at an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.05 lakh.
With the engine being mated to a six-speed gearbox, the latest model of Apache is powered by a 312.2cc, single-cylinder, DOHC motor that makes 34hp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm at 7,700rpm.
The fully faired motorcycle flaunts nose down-tail up design which further enhances its sporty appeal.The bike is equipped with first-in-class Bi-LED projector headlamps and LED DRLs, while the rear boasts of the devil's horn-shaped LED taillights.
Expected to be available in two colour options - red and black, the motorcycle is capable of achieving 60kmph from a standstill position in just 2.63 seconds.
The bookings of the bike will commence soon while the deliveries are expected to start from this December end.
