WhatsApp users will now be able to use the new group call feature. According to reports, the feature has been rolled out for iOs and Android users and was officially announced at Facebook's annual developer conference in May.
Facebook-owned WhatsApp first rolled out video call feature for its users in the year 2016. The service could first include only two participants.
The updated feature will let a user add two more participants in the voice or video call, taking the maximum number of participants to a total of four users.
A user will need to call another personafter which an icon will appear on the top right corner of the window which will let the user add more people to the ongoing call.
At present Facebook Messenger users can add up to 50 participants in a call while Skype supports 25. Apple users will be able to FaceTime with up to 32 people at the same time with the latest iOS 12 launch this year.
