Netflix on 31 March confirmed a "handful of layoffs," two of which include the posts of senior executives. The company laid off 150 employees in May 2022. A month later, it let go of 300 more workers, representing 3% of its total employees at the time.
Disney announced there will be three rounds of layoffs in a statement to staff on 27 March. About 7,000 employees will be affected by the job losses, which were announced in February.
