Ranked number one at 93.5% and leading the index for a decade and a half, Iceland is the only nation to close over 90% of its gender gap.
Up one position from 2023, Finland scored 87.5%.
Falling one position from last year, Norway is in the third spot with 87.5%.
In the top five for the 5th year in a row and 9th year overall, New Zealand scored 83.5%.
A long-standing high performer, Sweden grabbed the fifth position with a score of 81.6%.
