A beloved street food of Delhi, this colourful culinary delight is a combination of sweet, sour, spicy, and tangy flavours.

Chhole Bhature 

Chole bhature is a popular food in northern India, especially Delhi. It is a combination of chana masala (spicy white chickpeas) and bhatura/puri, a deep-fried bread made from maida, a fine type of wheat flour.

Though originated in Tibet, Momos are one of the most relished dishes in Delhi now.
