Take a Look at India's Longest Sea Bridge, Atal Setu

Atal Setu is the longest bridge in India and also the longest sea bridge in the country. The 6-lane Atal Setu bridge is 21.8 km long, with 5.5 km of the length on land and 16.5 km over sea.
- The bridge is constructed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi travelled to Mumbai on January 12 to inaugurate the Atal Setu Bridge and experience the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewari - Nhava Sheva Atal Setu.
- As per the government, the project is in line with the prime minister's objective of improving citizens' "ease of mobility" through the reinforcement of urban transport infrastructure and connectivity.
- The bridge will shorten the time it takes to get from Mumbai to Pune, Goa, and South India by enabling quicker connectivity to both Mumbai International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport.
