-Situated in one of the most affluent places in the nation, the house is constructed on a 10,000-square-foot plot 

-The light-coloured, two-story villa features a pleasant living room without a television. 

-Not having a television is a conscious choice by Kohli as he believes that it’s a place for conversations among the members of the family. 

The double-height cut-out ceiling in the living area, which lets in plenty of natural light, is his favourite feature among others. 

-The home is equipped with a fully customised kitchen along with a Balinese sukabumi stone-clad temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi.
