Chia seeds, milk, sweeteners like honey, sugar or maple syrup and toppings like nuts or fruits are required.
In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk and sweetener. Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight so that the chia seeds may absorb the liquid and become thick like pudding.
To produce a smooth texture, stir the pudding after it has been set to break up any clumps.
Add your favourite fresh fruit nuts on top of your chia pudding and some honey before serving.
