Bumrah’s workout routine consists of cardio, strength training, and agility exercises. His major focus is on building strength, especially in his legs, so he can perform well. He regularly does upper body exercises as well to enhance his form, stability, and balance.
Swimming helps Bumrah work on his muscle strength & endurance while running helps him lose belly fat, increase speed, and boost his energy levels and stamina.
He performs squats, deadlifts, lunges, pull-ups, and bench presses every day. To enhance agility, he also performs plyometric activities including medicine ball throws, box jumps, and hurdle leaps.
Bumrah avoids processed foods, sweet foods, and alcohol to maintain fitness. He eats plenty of high-protein foods, like beans and lentils that help build muscle.
Bumrah gets up early every day as he believes that starting the day early, gives energy that carries him through the entire day.
